Philip ArthurBUTCHERWe sadly have to announce that Philip passed away peacefully at Gloucester Royal Hospital on 12th September, aged 72 years.
Philip will be remembered as the dear brother of Stephen, much loved brother in law of Jean and uncle to Sarah and Robyn. Phil will also be fondly remembered by former friends and colleagues from his 16 years work at GCHQ.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday 7th October 11.00 am at Gloucester Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, but donations made in Philip's memory to the MND Association may be left in the collection box after the service or sent to
